
'Deepening Meditation Practice’ sessions are open to anyone who has attended at least two Introduction to Meditation sessions with David Morris before OR those who have a learned a mindfulness of breathing technique from other teachers.
You can join the following sessions:

- Thursday 22 April, 5pm - 5:30pm

- Thursday 29 April, 5pm - 5:30pm
- Tuesday 4 May, 10am - 10:30am
- Thursday 6 May, 5pm - 5:30pm
