
The Climate and Energy Policy Lab invites you for a timely discussion with recent University of Westminster graduates and other experts about job opportunities in the green economy and the energy sector in London.
The discussion will be moderated by Dr Wojciech Ostrowski, a Senior Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Westminster.

The Climate and Energy Policy Lab is an exciting new unit run by climate change and energy policy experts at the University of Westminster. The Lab brings together external organisations, policymakers and stakeholders to deliver professional workshops and events for students.
About the speakers

Yannick Kramm
Yannick holds an Energy and Environmental Change MA from the University of Westminster. Before embarking on his postgraduate studies, he worked for a number of years in a Zürich-based PR company. During the pandemic he joined Aggreko, a leader in temporary and mobile energy solutions, to help implement short-term strategic communications goals and to own the companies’ narrative around COP26 and the African Energy Forum. Since 2022, he has headed external communications at Vestas Northern and Central Europe, one of the world’s largest wind turbine manufacturers.

Anca Elena Mihalache
Anca holds an Energy Politics and Law MA from the University of Aberdeen. Before that, she worked in the administration of the Romanian President and then for the Energy Policy Group, a Romanian think-tank. For the last 5 years, she has been working at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) where she headed the Supplier Engagement Team that worked on implementing smart metering programmes and, more recently, on energy governance reforms. Anca is also a part-time PhD student at the University of Oxford.

Katherin Garcia Rincon
Katherin holds an Energy and Environmental Change MA from the University of Westminster. She has worked on a number of community projects supporting multiple faith groups, the Latin American community and other minorities in fuel poverty, understanding and managing their energy bills, and making their homes greener and more energy efficient. Katherin is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor and is the Energy Advice Operations Manager at South East London Community Energy since 2020.

Salvo Zingale
Salvo holds an Energy and Environmental Change MA from the University of Westminster. He works at Quantenergy where he is responsible for product development. His work includes conducting extensive research on low-carbon technologies and offering wider support on projects involving data analysis and stakeholder management. He is also an accredited AgilePM practitioner.
