The Women of Westminster (WOW) Colleagues Network invites you to an online workshop on "Building Confidence for Authentic Leadership".
This is an initiave from our Aurora Alumni group led by Kristy Bryant and Anyesa Sorrentino.
Do you find yourself doubting your abilities even when you receive positive feedback? Do you look at other leaders and wonder whether you deserve to be in the same room? If so, this workshop is for you.
The session will explore the root causes of imposter syndrome and the thought patterns that inform the stories we tell ourselves. You learn to change your internal narrative to develop helpful behaviours and build your confidence to improve outcomes. You’ll also leave with quick and practical strategies you can put in place immediately so you can lead confidently! The session will be interactive and fun, using breakout rooms, group exercises and reflection.
