Free movement for EU nationals ends on 31 December 2020, after this date all EU nationals will be required to apply for a study visa to study in the UK.
If you arrive before this date you can apply for EU settlement and though you may not want to settle in the UK, this may be the simplest way to ensure your rights to study, work and travel in and out of the UK throughout your course.
This session covers some of the basic requirements signposting you to the application form and explaining how the EU Settlement Scheme works.
