Since its conception in 2016, The Quintin Hogg Trust has generously matched every donation made to the fund, pound for pound, and in April 2022, £69,314.48 was awarded to 85 students giving them a unique opportunity to develop their skills, start a business and enhance their CVs.

Elizabeth Ola, a Business Management (Entrepreneurship) student, received funding that has helped kickstart her new cosmetic start-up.

Most individuals are dreamers, myself included. However, very few can actualise their dreams. Winning the Ignite Fund was a pivotal moment and huge milestone for my business and my personal development as an entrepreneur.

Thanks to the Ignite Fund, I’ll not only be able to bring my dreams to fruition, but I’ll also be able to grow in ways (personally and professionally) that wouldn’t have been possible without it.

I’m incredibly grateful for this opportunity and cannot wait to serve as an instrument for positive change through the work we’re carrying out.”
