Earthquake in Japan: support for students and colleagues

Support from the University is available for students and colleagues who have been impacted.  

Students are encouraged to reach out directly to your personal tutor or to our Library and Student Centre team, who you can contact via the Live Chat on your Student Hub. You can also visit our dedicated Student Wellbeing webpage where you can find a range of support resources, including our Counselling and Mental Health Service.  

Colleagues are encouraged to talk to your manager for support, and can access the Safety, Health and Wellbeing resources and support available to all colleagues via the intranet – which includes information on our Employee Assistance Programme helpline and counselling support.
